DELIVERY

Our delivery and returns policy applies to items purchased through this website. These terms may differ for items purchased in our showroom so please contact us if you require any more information.

We use DHL for international shipping, which required 2 to 4 working days from the day it is ready at the Lynsh showroom. Your package is insured and will required a signature upon delivery.

Kindly note that delays may occur due to customs clearance.

If an item is made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production in addition for the 2-4 days for shipping. 

Please note that the customer must pay the postage costs for any returned items and it is recommended that they use DHL when doing so.

RETURNS

LYNSH accepts returns for items that are not custom-made.

The client has 10 days to exchange an item. Kindly note that the piece will have to be checked to make sure that it is in the same condition as when it was purchased in order to accept the return. 

The item should be returned in its original packaging.

REFUNDS

LYNSH does not accept refunds.
